SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
James R. Borland, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of theft of services and criminal mischief, filed Nov. 24 by Penn Township police.
Craig E. Harbison, 44, of Sarver waived to court charges of aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence, unauthorized use of a vehicle, DUI and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed Dec. 3 by state police.
Jonathan K. Jones, 26, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed March 22 by state police. Jones was ordered to pay $202 in fines and court costs.
Shannyn Kummer, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and a lane violation, filed April 1 by Buffalo Township police.
Jason L. McWilliams, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed April 6 by Buffalo Township police.
William D. Nuce, 31, of Sarver waived to court charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment and terroristic threats, filed April 25 by Buffalo Township police.
Westbrook Perry, 47, of Valencia pleaded guilty to a charges of harassment, filed April 9 by Middlesex Township police. Perry was ordered to pay a $50 fine.
Casey Y. Wetzel, 26, of Cabot waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed July 13 by state police.

Barker, 34, of Ford City, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed March 4.Jeremy Chambers, 27, of McKeesport, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of receiving stolen property and three counts of access device fraud, filed Nov. 30.Deryk L. Cook, 20, of Eau Claire waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed March 29.Lucinda Jo Fleischer, 49, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed March 18.Shawn Groncki, 42, of Petrolia was held for court on charges of DUI, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and an open container violation, filed March 10.Ronald H. Parker, 46, of Bishopville, Md., waived to court a charge of DUI, filed May 1.Rachelle Robinson, 36, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of false identification to law enforcement authorities, filed Jan. 25. Robinson was ordered to pay $463.50 in fines and court costs.Tokin Roy, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, careless driving, reckless driving, accidents involving damage to unattended property, driving without insurance and not wearing a seat belt, filed Feb. 24.Jessica Lee Shearer, 36, of Bruin waived to court charges of DUI, simple assault, harassment, careless driving, an open container violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed March 5.Brian M. Smith, 40, of Boyers waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a license and without insurance, driving an unregistered vehicle, careless driving, making an improper stop and not wearing a seat belt, filed Jan. 20.

He was charged March 29 by Jackson Township police with possession of drug paraphernalia.Adam Simmer, 34, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged April 1 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.Paul Moses Sturgeon, 51, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged April 14 by Jackson Township police with recklessly endangering another person, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license and careless driving.Richard Paul Thewes, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 25 with theft and receiving stolen property.Michael R. Neppach, 31, of New Castle waived his case to court. He was charged April 27 with retail theft, disorderly conduct and receiving stolen property.Bryn Elana Vega, 43, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged March 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without headlights and careless driving.Joshua Chester Ivey, 28, of New Brighton waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 19 with driving under the influence of alcohol.Helen Annichiarico, 47, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court.
