CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Brian Blake, 38, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregard for traffic lane and driving at unsafe speed, filed March 8.

Brittany Shrimplin, 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to one count of theft by deception, filed Jan. 15. She was sentenced to pay $358.50 in fines and court costs.

Andrew C. Steitenroth III, 38, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, filed April 15.

Margaret Wilcox, 55, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregard for traffic lane and careless driving, filed March 29.
