SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Aaron Watson, 18, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence, and possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed March 22 by Middlesex Township police.
Andrew Shaffer, 36, of Karns City pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by deception, filed March 4 by state police. Shaffer was ordered to pay $535.32 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Anderson, 46, of Chicora waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Oct. 30.Edna Angert, 49, of Karns City waived to court charges of DUI, trespass by vehicle, illegally abandoning a vehicle, careless driving and causing damage with a vehicle, filed Jan. 26.Paul Debor, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed Feb. 25.Becky Lynn Good, 46, of Ford City, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy, fled Dec. 28.Krystal Krauchak, 21, of Butler waived to court two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and a charge of conspiracy, filed Nov. 24.William J. Simmons Jr., 42, of Chicora waived to court a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, filed Feb. 22Jeffery Snyder, 48, of Freeport waived to court a charge of unsworn falsification to authorities, filed March 4.Laura Varner, 43, of New Bethlehem, Clarion County, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 5 by state police. Varner was ordered to pay $444.50 in fines and court costs.
