ADAMS TWP — The township supervisors Monday granted final approval for a residential development on Myoma Road.

The plan, called Wickerham Heights, is adjacent to the Brookstone housing development also off Myoma Road.

Plans call for 29 lots on one side of the development and 24 lots on the other. The two sides will be separated by green space between them.

Scott Foreman of Hampton Technical Associates presented the plans to the supervisors. He said the single-family dwellings and their residents will benefit from open space in the development, which equates to about 33 percent of the total land in the project.

The first phase of the project will be 24 lots while the second phase will have 29 lots.

There is no timetable for construction.
