District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Russell L. Cersosimo, 30, of Gibsonia waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 28 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Matthew A. Lewis, 33, of Linesville waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 28 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

John Wroblewski Jr., 42, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 9 with simple assault.

John Quaill Phillips, 63, of Zelienople had his case held to court. He was charged July 23 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Tonya Rochelle Herring, 40, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 22 with criminal conspiracy, receiving stolen property, access device fraud and theft by unlawful taking.

Sonya Rene Adams, 41, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 22 with criminal conspiracy, receiving stolen property, theft by unlawful taking and access device fraud.

Kathleen A. O'Hara, 44, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged April 29 with driving under the influence of alcohol.
