SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Michael Alinskas, 32, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Feb. 22 by state police.

Erron Brown, 37, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, a stop sign violation, careless driving and an open container violation, filed Jan. 25 by state police.

Heath Confer, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without insurance, careless driving, a lane violation and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Feb. 8 by state police.

Jason Koscho, 29, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to charges of possessing drug paraphernalia, speeding and a seat belt violation, filed Dec. 29 by Penn Township police.

Mark Rearick, 19, of Ford City, Armstrong County, was held for court on charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed Feb. 2 by Buffalo Township police.

Kimberly Salsgiver, 30, of Connellsville, Fayette County, waived to court charges of bad checks, filed Feb. 16 by Saxonburg police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Craig E. Allen, 29, of New Castle waived to court charges of possessing child pornography and obscene and other sexually-explicit materials, criminal use of a communication facility and disseminating child pornography, filed Jan. 27 by state police.Salvador D. Canizares, 25, of Lyndora was held for court on charges of disorderly conduct, harassment and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 4 by Butler Township police.Ronald A. Carben, 36, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 28 by Butler Township police. Carben was ordered to pay $358.50 in fines and court costs.Joseph A. Duncan, 23, of Evans City waived to court charges of trespass, simple assault, possession of a small amount of marijuana, criminal mischief and public drunkenness, filed Dec. 12 by Butler Township police.Mark A. Foran, 46, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Feb. 2 by Butler Township police.Leslie A. Frobe, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of disorderly conduct, harassment and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 4 by Butler Township police.Kevin E. Raab, 32, of Lyndora pleaded to charges of stalking, harassment and driving with a suspended license-DUI related, filed Oct. 19 by Butler Township police. Raab was ordered to pay $1,174.50 in fines and court costs.Jeremy O. Watterson, 26, of Butler was held for court on a charge of false identification to law enforcement authorities, filed Jan. 25 by Butler Township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Joshua Brewer, 23, of Karns City waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving an unregistered vehicle, two lane violations, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Dec. 23.Jeffrey Clark, 62, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed Nov. 3. Clark was ordered to pay $863.07 in fines and court costs.Shawn Groncki, 42, of Petrolia waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed March 4.Charles Heck, 56, of Avalon, Allegheny County, waived to court a charge of unsworn falsification to authorities, filed Oct. 26.Jeffery Pajer, 40, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charges of unsworn falsification to authorities and disorderly conduct, filed Nov. 10. Pajer was ordered to pay $504.50 in fines and court costs.Ronnie K. Ritzert Jr., 22, of Karns City waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Feb. 5.Ryan Roth, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, not using turn signals and littering on a highway, filed Dec. 10.Ray K. Shoup, 24, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of hunting under the influence, disorderly conduct and six summary game law violations, filed Dec. 23.Steven Spare, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of felons not to possess firearms and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 17.Gary Waller Jr., 28, of Hilliards waived to court charges of disorderly conduct and five summary game law violations, filed Dec. 23.Justin P.
