ADAMS TWP — The Mars Softball Boosters Club is holding a craft and vendor show from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 20 at Mars Middle School on Route 228.

More than 100 craft and product vendors will display their wares at the event. Food, baked goods, frozen foods and other refreshments will be available as well.

Admission is $2 and tickets will be sold at the door. All proceeds will benefit the Mars High softball program.

HARRISBURG — Trout stocking schedules are available at Rep. Dick Stevenson's district office at 1771 N. Main St. Ext. in Butler or the legislative offices at 234 West Pine Street in Grove City.A total of 744 streams and 124 lakes will be stocked as part of the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission's 2010 adult trout stocking program.Opening day for trout season is April 17.

PINE TWP — The 10th annual Golf for Goodwill charity outing will be June 21 at Treesdale Golf & Country Club.The event includes 18 holes of golf in a scramble format, lunch, cocktails, dinner, prizes, auctions and raffle. Call Jean Nelson-Sims at 412-390-2396 for details.

BUTLER TWP — Nominations are being accepted for the annual Butler Football Hometown Hero program.Nominees must be at least 40 years old, have good standing in the community and have contributed to Butler football in a positive way on or off the field.Names must be submitted by March 29 to Kevin and Joni Vogel at 724-282-2543 or John Enrietto at 724-991-6962. All submissions will be answered.

CENTER TWP — Center Township will hold its final baseball and softball sign-ups from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday for boys and girls ages 5 to 18.Thursday sign-ups will be in the Center Township Elementary School cafeteria. Saturday's sign-ups will be in the baseball section of Dick's Sporting Goods.

EAST BUTLER — The East Butler Baseball Association meets at 7 p.m. Thursday in the East Butler Borough Building.
