Baldt

Jacob Andrew Baldt, 14, of Mars died Monday afternoon at home.

Born in Pittsburgh, July 13, 1995, he was the son of Annette Grieb Baldt and Michael Baldt of Mars.

Jacob was a ninth grader with Commonwealth Connections Academy Cyber School.

He had attended the Northway Christian Community and was active at the Rose E. Schneider YMCA.

He enjoyed target shooting, online video games, juggling, swimming and gymnastics.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Charmaine Baldt of Beechview; a brother, Taylor Baldt of Mars; his maternal grandparents, Kenny and Sylvia Grieb of Mars; and his paternal grandmother, Dorothy Atkinson of Millvale, N.J. Also aunts, uncles, cousins and his beloved cat, B.B., survive.

Preceding him in death was his paternal grandfather, Alvin Roy Baldt.
