SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Walter Crowley, 67, of Kittanning waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed Jan. 12 in a private complaint

Louis Santiago, 53, of Butler waived to court charges of accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle or property, failure to give information and render aid after an accident, illegally entering or crossing a road, tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 9 by Penn Township police.

Zebulan Sasse, 30, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Dec. 24 by Buffalo Township police.

Terry Scott, 39, of Robinson, Allegheny County, was held for court on charges of forgery, theft, two counts of receiving stolen property and attempted theft, filed June 8, 2006, by Penn Township police.

Wesley Summerville, 58, of Clarion pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed Jan. 20 in a private complaint. Summerville was ordered to pay $718.50 in restitution, fines and court costs.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:John D. Auler, 54, of Alexandria, Va., pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft and disorderly conduct. Auler was ordered to pay $348.50 in fines and court costs.Joseph M. Bowser, 21, of West Sunbury pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 11 by Butler Township police. Bowser was ordered to pay $663.50 in fines and court costs.Stephen L. Bowser Sr., 25, of New Castle waived to court two counts of retail theft and conspiracy, filed Jan. 27 by Butler Township police.Laura Camerlo, 42, of Freeport waived to court charges of fraudulent acquisition of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, filed Feb. 2 by the state attorney general's Bureau of Narcotics.Abbi R. Cochran, 19, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and retail theft, filed Jan. 25 by Butler Township police.William R. Cypher, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police, reckless endangerment, possession of a controlled substance, five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, six counts of reckless driving, four counts of driving on the wrong side of the road, and a stop sign violation, filed July 29 by Butler Township police.Bradley S. Cramer, 21, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Jan. 14 by Butler Township police.Mark A. Dellen II, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and underage drinking filed Jan. 4 by state police.Stephen M.
