Ryan McCandless and Amanda Snyder

A June 25, 2011, wedding is being planned by Amanda Snyder of Kittanning and Ryan McCandless of Butler.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Robert and Terrie Snyder of Kittanning. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Michael and Dolores McCandless of Butler.

The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Kittanning High School and a 2006 graduate of Indiana (Pa.) University, where she received a bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising and marketing. She is employed as a store manager at Deb in Clearview Mall.

Her fiance graduated in 2004 from Butler High School and in 2009 from Indiana (Pa.) University, where he received a bachelor's degree in criminology. He is employed as a corrections officer at the Butler County Prison.
