Pat Johnson scored 17 points and grabbed seven rebounds Friday night as Grove City defeated Sharon, 56-48, in high school boys basketball.

Brady Beech added 15 points for the Eagles (14-4, 6-4) while Jeff Hershberger had 12 points and 17 rebounds. Grove City had a 12-point lead at halftime.

A.Jefferson paced Sharon (6-13, 5-5) with 18 points.
