Terrance T. Burke, 62, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license-DUI related, and careless driving, filed July 8 by state police.

Jason P. Cress, 23, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed, not using turn signals, failing to stop when coming from an alley or driveway, and not wearing a seat belt, filed Dec. 12 by state police.

Gary L. Frain Jr., 30, of Sarver was held for court on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license-DUI related, speeding and a lane violation, filed Dec. 13 by state police.

Justin K. McMasters, 20, of Sarver waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Dec. 14 by Buffalo Township police.
