CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Justin Eugene Sugden, 36, of Verona waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 23 with retail theft and criminal conspiracy.

Marilyn Jill Lance, 49, of New Brighton waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 18 with retail theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy.

Jenna Leigh Sass, 24, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 9 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
