Lottie Mae Healey

Lottie Mae Healey, 94, of the Golden Living Center, Clarion, passed away Dec. 21, after an extended illness.

Born May 10, 1915, in Venango County, she was the daughter of Isreal Augustus Shaffer and Dora Elizabeth Smith Shaffer.

Mrs. Healey was married to Joseph Healey, who is passed away.

Mrs. Healey received her education at the McQuiston School in Scrubgrass Township.

She retired from Polk State School as an custodian.

She is survived by her three sons, Richard Healey and his wife, Sumiko, of Germanton, N.C., Ronald Healey and his wife, Neila, of San Francisco, and Roger Healey and his wife, Remey, of Las Vegas; a daughter-in-law, Judy Healey of Collegedale, Tenn.; a sister, Mary Shaffer Morgan of Boyers; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a son, Robert Healey; a sister, Charlotte Kagle; and five brothers, Charles, Augustus, Robert, Oliver and John Shaffer.
