Elmira Negley, 47, of Kittanning waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Sept. 9 by Buffalo Township police.
James A. Nelson, 48, of Valencia was held for court on charges of possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia, felons not to possess firearms and possession of a prohibited offensive weapon, filed Dec. 11 by the state Attorney General's Bureau of Narcotics.
