Louise H. Keihl
Louise H. Keihl, 85, of Karns City died Tuesday at her home.
Born Dec. 4, 1923, in Brookville, she was the daughter of Harry Haight and Cloie Silvis Haight.
She was the widow of Darrell J. Keihl, who died April 22, 2005. They were married Aug. 31, 1946, in Cumberland, Md.
Mrs. Keihl, who attended school in Sigel, was a homemaker and had worked for Sylvania in Brookville.
She was a member of the Karns City United Methodist Church and the Rossiter American Legion Auxiliary.
Surviving are three sons and two daughters, Sandra J. Keihl- Snyder of Punxsutawney, Darrell J. Keihl II of Clarion, Randy Keihl of Brookville, Jack D. Keihl of Cabot and Kymn L. Keihl of Brookville; 14 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Kaye Earley.
<B>KEIHL</B> — Friends of Louise H. Keihl, who died Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2009, will be received from 2 to 9 p.m. today at the <B>McKinney Funeral Home</B>,<B> </B>345 Main St., Brookville. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Bob Bickerstaff officiating. Interment will be in Ohl Cemetery, Beaver Township, Jefferson County.Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
