OIL CITY — The third annual Oil Country Bluegrass Festival will held Feb. 19, 20 and 21 at the Arlington Hotel.

Proceeds will benefit the United Way of Venango County and the Oil City Arts Council, both nonprofit organizations. All bluegrass bands that take part will be donating their time to benefit the sponsoring entities.

Bands participating include the Pine Valley Boys, Starlite Bluegrass Band, Stillhouse Pickers, Done Inn String Band, Wind River, Crabapple Creek, Road Apple Ridge and Full Steam Ahead.

Festival performances will take place every half-hour beginning at 6 p.m. Feb. 19; noon on Feb. 20, and, 9 a.m. Feb. 21.

PITTSBURGH — Heinz History Center is offering $5 admission during the closing weekend of "Lincoln: The Constitution and the Civil War" and "Lincoln Slept Here," a traveling exhibition from the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia on view through Sunday.The "See Lincoln for a Lincoln" promotion is good for all History Center visitors on Saturday and Sunday.Visitors can explore more than 100 photographs and dozens of original Lincoln artifacts, including Lincoln's famous top hat and rare signed copies of the Emancipation Proclamation and the 13th Amendment abolishing slavery.As a special addition to the exhibition, the history center added Lincoln's bed and bedroom set from the Monongahela House, the downtown Pittsburgh hotel that hosted the president-elect en route to his inauguration on Feb. 14, 1861.Other current exhibits include "Pittsburgh: A Tradition of Innovation," which celebrates Pittsburgh's 250-year impact on the world; and "Behind the Scenes with the Pittsburgh Steelers: Photographs by Mike Fabus."Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the history center, 1212 Smallman St. Call 412-454-6000.
