The Karns City High School Kids That Care group traveled to Washington, D.C., Dec. 11 and 12 to participate in the Wreaths Across America program held annually at Arlington Cemetery. The students helped place more than 15,000 wreaths on tombstones in Arlington. A wreath and flowers also were placed at the Ross McGinnis tombstone to recognize the Medal of Honor recipient from Knox, Clarion County. The Karns City students also toured the Capitol and visited the Jefferson, World War II, Lincoln, Vietnam and Korean monuments.
