FREEZIN' FOR A REASON
People choose to start off the new year in different ways. Mel Risinger Jr. of Hilliards was one of about 100 people who jumped into the Allegheny River in Parker, Armstrong County, on New Year's Day to raise money for the Parker City Revitalization Corporation.
