CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:
James R. Bell Jr., 41, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of DUI and disregard for traffic lane, filed Nov. 9.
Linda K. Cypher, 48, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, stop sign violations, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicles and failure to notify police of accidents, filed Nov. 30.
Robert J. Duffield, 46, of Petrolia waived to court charges of burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal trespass, filed Dec. 5.
Timothy L. Gilliland, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, purchase of alcohol by a minor, driving with a suspended license and no headlights, filed Nov. 2.
Ralph M. Sarvey, 70, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI and driving too slow for conditions, filed Oct. 30.
David R. Simmons, 47, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, failure to yield and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Nov. 2.
Matthew Paul Slater, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal trespass, filed Dec. 21.
