Patricia L. Youkers
Patricia L. Youkers, 66, of 771 W. Old Route 422 died Saturday at her home surrounded by her family.
Born Sept. 17, 1943, in Butler, she was the daughter of the late Anthony DeFurio and Mary Miklosovic DeFurio of Butler.
Mrs. Youkers was an alumnus of Butler High School.
She was co-owner of Patty Kate Caterers serving Butler County and surrounding areas for many years.
She was a member of St. Fidelis Roman Catholic Church in Butler, where she was a eucharistic minister, and she was president of the Christian Women's Guild.
Surviving are her sons, Patrick J. Youkers (Chelsae) of Butler, Jason A. Youkers (Michele) of Vandergrift and Chad A. Youkers (Carrie) of Ellwood; and three grandchildren, Marc L. Youkers, Elizabeth P. Youkers and Brandt R. Youkers. Also surviving is a brother, Anthony G. DeFurio (Nancy) of Indiana; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Her husband of 27 years, Larry A. Youkers, preceded her in death Dec. 8, 1991.
<B>YOUKERS</B> — Friends of Patricia L. Youkers, who died Saturday, Nov. 21, 2009, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the <B>Geibel Funeral Home</B>, 201 E. Cunningham St. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Fidelis Roman Catholic Church in Meridian with Father James Murphy, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Chestnut Cemetery.The bereavement committee of St. Fidelis Parish will meet at 3 p.m. Monday at the funeral home to conduct a parish vigil service.
