Gayle L. Ehrhart
Gayle L. Ehrhart, 57, of Prospect died Tuesday afternoon at her home after a valiant two-year battle with cancer.
Born in Newport, R.I., April 8, 1952, she was the daughter of Chris Christensen of Saxonburg.
Gayle was a nanny for several local families and also was the owner of the All Occasion Beverage Catering Service and had served many weddings in the area.
She loved boating on Lake Arthur and was an avid fan of NASCAR and the Steelers.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, David E. Ehrhart; a son, Nathan Barbish and his wife, Raquel; a daughter, Amy Barbish; and a grandson, Anthony Barbish, all of California. Also surviving are her aunt, Sharon Anderson of Renfrew; a niece, Sara Spokane; and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by a brother, William Spokane; and her grandparents.
<B>EHRHART</B> — Friends of Gayle L. Ehrhart, who died Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2009, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the <B>McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, </B>238 Crowe Ave., Mars.
