SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Joseph Aguglia, 23, of Butler waived to court a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 5 by state police.

Amy Allen, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Sept. 9 by Penn Township police.

Robert Augustine, 43, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Aug. 31 by state police.

Curtis Flick, 24, of Fenelton waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and a seat belt violation, filed Aug. 3 by state police.

Robert Friedly, 21, of New Bethlehem, Clarion County, waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy, filed Nov. 2 by state police.

Tara Macher, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and driving without inspection, filed July 7 by state police.

Albert Ozog II, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 14 by Penn Townships police.

Duane Rapp, 37, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, a stop sign violation, careless driving and a seat belt violation, filed Sept. 25 by state police.

Dawnelle Ray, 20, of Oakridge, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, conspiracy, and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 2 by state police.

Justin Schultz, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and a turning violation, filed Oct. 5 by state police.
