With her loving family by her side, Marian L. McCullough of Fombell passed away Saturday at Good Samaritan Hospice, Wexford, at the young age of 55 after a brave fight with cancer.

Born Sept. 17, 1954, in Texas, she was the daughter of the late Clyde and Mary Simpson.

Marian was a long-term employee of Bob Evans restaurant.

Marian was an avid artist, gardener and reader and enjoyed the beauty of her outdoor space. She leaves behind many loving friends.

Marian is survived by her loving son, Paul Curtis and his fiancee, Stacey Widenhofer, of Butler; a brother and sister-in-law, David and Roxy Simpson of Ellwood City; a sister, Susan Simpson of Bloomington, Ind.; brothers Jim and Joe Simpson of Fombell; a sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Kevin Nagel of Ellwood City; a sister and brother-in-law, Beth and Dean Marshall of Zelienople; sisters Theresa and Rachel and their families who reside in the country of Cyprus; her former husband, Harold Curtis of Ellwood City; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Marian was preceded in death by her second husband, William McCullough, who died in January 1993.
