■ Key Statistics: Registered 56 tackles, including six quarterback sacks despite opposing offenses staying away from his side. Earned first team All-KSAC honors as an offensive tackle as well as a linebacker.

■ School: Freeport■ Class: Junior■ Position: Linebacker■ Key Statistics: A firstteam all-Allegheny Conference selection, recorded 96 tackles (42 solo) with one sack, one interception and two caused fumbles for the co-conference champion Yellowjackets.

■ School: Karns City■ Class: Senior■ Position: Def. Back■ Key Statistics: Was a ball hawk for the district champion Gremlins, intercepting six passes. Was also a threat on special teams.

■ School: Freeport■ Class: Senior■ Position: Linebacker■ Key Statistics: A twotime Sweet 16 selection, Frantz was the Allegheny Conference Defensive Player of the Year, registering 133 tackles (72 solo), five sacks, two fumble recoveries and three forced fumbles for the Yellowjackets.

■ School: Slippery Rock■ Class: Senior■ Position: Linebacker■ Key Statistics: Was among the Rockets' leaders in tackles and anchored the defense from his linebacker position. Was also the leading passer and rusher this season.

■ School: Mars■ Class: Junior■ Position: Linebacker■ Key Statistics: Led the Planets with 72 tackles and seven sacks. A Greater Allegheny Conference firstteam selection.

■ School: Slippery Rock■ Class: Junior■ Position: Def. Back■ Key Statistics: Led the Rockets with eight interceptions, including back-to-back multi-interception games.

■ School: Butler■ Class: Senior■ Position: Def. Back■ Key Statistics: Considered the Golden Tornado's best all-around player this season, Harvey played a number of positions. He had 21 tackles as a cornerback and was Butler's only player to earn first-team, All-Northern Six honors.
