BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Frederick L. Bowen, 42, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft, filed Oct. 30 by Butler Township police.

Michael F. Derosa, 50, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disorderly conduct, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without insurance, filed Oct. 26 by Butler Township police.

David P. Havrilesko, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit burglary, trespass and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 12 by Butler Township police.

Devon C. Kuhn, 33, no known address, was held for court on charges of DUI, illegal parking and not wearing a seat belt, filed April 15 by state police.

William J. Kunkle, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft and criminal mischief, filed Nov. 12 by Butler Township police.

Stacey A. Lecerf, 23, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft and defiant trespass, filed Oct. 14 by Butler Township police.

Matthew J. McGarrah, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and failing to immediately notify police of an accident, filed Oct. 13 by Butler Township police.

Justin T. Parker, 26, of Butler waived to court two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and a charge of possession of a controlled substance, filed Nov. 10 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Amanda K. Schmittlein, 30, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of retail theft and defiant trespass, filed Oct. 20 by Butler Township police.

Diana L. Weiling, 42, of Portersville was held for court on charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 20 by Butler Township police.

Cairns, 38, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, careless driving and reckless driving, filed Oct. 14 by state police.Thomas J. O'Neill, 22, of Elverson, Chester County, waived to court charges of DUI and improper use of high beams, filed Oct. 27 by Slippery Rock University.Kimberly Shannon, 29, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, child endangerment, reckless endangerment, a lane violation and careless driving, filed Oct. 14 by state police.
