Vaughn

Richard E. Vaughn III, 58, of Penn Township died Saturday morning at his home.

Born in Pittsburgh, Aug. 5, 1951, he was the son of Richard E. and Hedwig "Hedy" Hesse Vaughn Jr. of Renfrew.

He was a fundraiser for Direct Advantage Marketing in the South Side of Pittsburgh.

He was a member of the Unitarian Universalist Church of North Hills.

In addition to his parents, surviving are his wife, Roberta "Bobby" Wanner, who he married Jan. 7, 1978; two daughters, Elspeth L. Vaughn of Franklin Park and Rhiannon E. Vaughn of Penn Township; a brother, Robert K. Vaughn and his wife, Doreen, of Callery; and a granddaughter, Cecily R. Vaughn.

<B>VAUGHN</B> — Friends of Richard E. Vaughn III, who died Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009, will be received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the <B>McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home</B>, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars.
