Zachary A. Clouse, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a traffic light violation, filed Sept. 14 by Butler Township police.

Ricky Ingle, 20, of Lyndora waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct, trespass and public drunkenness, filed Oct. 23 by Butler Township police.

David L. King Sr., 48, of Lyndora waived to charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Sept. 30 by Butler Township police.

Leroy W. Montgomery, 55, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without insurance and without his registration card, not using turn signals and careless driving, filed Oct. 8 by state police.

Jeffrey A. Miles, 41, of New Castle waived to court charges of identity theft, two counts of access device fraud, driving with a suspended license and a traffic light violation, filed Nov. 12, by Butler Township police. In a separate case, Miles waived charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 5 by township police.

Benjamin D. Morrison, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and a lane violation, filed Oct. 8 by state police.

Brian L. McNeish, 36, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of DUI, reckless endangerment, driving with a suspended license-DUI related, running a red light and stop signs, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving an unsafe speed and reckless driving, filed Aug. 16 by Butler Township police.
