CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Todd Booher, 43, of Harrisburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failing to keep right, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Sept. 20.

Keith D. Cashmere, 22, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed July 22.

Kristen Marie Clark, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and a firearm violation, filed Oct. 13.

David E. Craig, 51, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI and violating hazard regulations, filed Oct. 9.

Matthew Green, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, a stop sign violation, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Sept. 28.

Jack R. Gregg, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment, filed Sept. 13.

Cody Ray Howard, 18, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and corruption of minors, filed Oct. 31. In a separate case, Howard waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 28.

Brian J. Neff, 35, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding a traffic control device, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Sept. 30.

Jacob Shewalter, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, a stop sign violation, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Aug. 24.

Matthew Paul Slater, 25, waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 31.

Wade Turk, 32, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed and not wearing a seat belt, filed Oct. 14.

Beatrice, 19, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, possession of a small amount of marijuana, driving under the influence, underage drinking and an open container violation, filed Oct. 6 by state police.Charles W. Coleman, 20, of Wyncote, Montgomery County, waived to court charges of accidents involving damage to attended property and failing to give information and render aid after an accident, filed Oct. 13 by Slippery Rock University police.Robert E. Drake, 27, of Chicora waived to court charges of accidents involving damage to attended property and driving with a suspended license, filed Sept. 23 by state police.Alexander W. Jack, 23, of Mercer waived to court charges of DUI and driving the wrong way on a one-way street, filed Sept. 25 by Slippery Rock police.Bryan J. Lightner, 26, of Harrisville waived to court charges of DUI and failure to keep right, filed Oct. 6 by state police.Jason Ray Morgano, 21, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI; driving at an unsafe speed, a lane violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed Sept. 9 by state police.Thomas J.
