SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Ashton Cortazzo, 19, of Jeanette, Westmoreland County, waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 31 by state police.

Brett Hartshorn, 27, of Sarver waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 22 by Saxonburg police.

Richard Jay, 30, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Oct. 21 by Middlesex Township police.

Daniel Peluchette, 36, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, filed Aug. 5 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Bradley Rowan, 25, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and unlawful activities, filed Aug. 29 by state police.

Adam Vincik III, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed and a lane violation, filed June 16 by state police.

Joshua Waldenmyer, 23, of Fenelton waived to court a charge of DUI, filed Aug. 24 by state police.
