Jocelyn Gruber

Jocelyn Gruber of Grove City won Miss Greater Johnstown Area Outstanding Teen 2010.She will next participate in the state pageant on June 18, 2010, in Pittsburgh.Gruber is a junior at Grove City High School. She is vice-president of her class, member of the gifted program, football and wrestling cheerleader, and a member of the Pennsylvania Youth Advisory Council.As a member of the council and Miss Greater Johnstown, Gruber promoted the United States Public Service AcademyShe is the daughter of Jon and Paula Gruber of Grove City.———The Butler Outdoor Club announced the finalists for the 2009 BOC Outdoor Contribution Award.

Roy Weil were nominated for their guidebooks "FreeWheeling Easy in Western Pennsylvania" and "Canoeing Guide to Western Pennsylvania." They also established the Canoe Access Development Fund, which provides capital for projects that improve put-in sites or create new sites on waterways with Class 2 or 3 rapids.
