Raymond W. Diehl, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of resisting arrest, simple assault and harassment, filed Oct. 29.
Dwaine Hans, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, a flashing red light violation and careless driving, filed Aug. 26.
Jennifer Hesidence, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving without rear lights, filed Aug. 26.
Corey Jon Shoup, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of trespass and theft, filed Sept. 11.
Travis Thompson, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Aug. 4.
Stephanie Ann Verdu, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Oct. 14.

Kline, 22, of New Castle waived to court charges of driving under the influence, false identification to law enforcement authorities; driving with a suspended license and an open container violation, filed Oct. 2 by Slippery Rock policeRichard M. Nolan, 18, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed June 23 by state police. Nolan was ordered to pay $549.50 in fines and court costs.Craig J. Palombine, 18, of Bethel Park, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Oct. 2 by SRU police.Jared D.
