Harrison A. Callahan, 23, of Harrisville waived to court charges of DUI and speeding, filed Aug. 31.

Judy L. Christy, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, accidents involving damage to attended property, following too closely to another vehicle and careless driving, filed Sept. 22.

David L. Dickson Jr., 34, of Harrisville waived to court charges of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, filed Sept. 15.
