BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:
Tammy L. Michel, 31, of Butler was held for court. She was charged by state police Aug. 14 with DUI, driving in the wrong lane and not wearing a seat belt.
Lois A. Daniels, 18, of Butler was held for court. She was charged Sept. 25 by Butler Township police with retail theft, criminal trespassing and defiant trespassing.
Krista J. Bradley, 30, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 29 by Butler Township police with bad checks and theft by deception. Additionally, she waived her case to court on access device fraud, identity theft, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and 31 counts of forgery and nine counts of bad checks.
Kenneth A. Long, 42, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 29 by Butler Township police with theft by deception and 14 counts of bad checks.
Herman T. Moore, 23, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 30 by state police in Butler with possession of a controlled substance, possession with the intent to manufacture a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Lataya E. Anthony, 29, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 30 by state police in Butler with possession of a controlled substance, possession with the intent to manufacture a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Donna Marie McKissick, 40, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 29 by Butler Township police with criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Julie A. Simpson, 25, of Rimersburg waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 24 by Butler Township police with criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft, and receiving stolen property.
Stacy N. Moore, 22, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 28 by Butler Township police with theft by deception, unsworn falsification to authorities and false report to law enforcement authorities.
Christopher M. Burke, 35, of Butler pleaded guilty to public drunkenness. He was sentenced to pay $333. He was charged Feb. 9 by Butler Township police.
CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Ryan Roth, 24, of East Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 10 with DUI and disregarding traffic lanes.Jason Leasure, 37, of Karns City waived his case to court. He was charge Aug. 10 with DUI, driving with a suspended license, driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.02 or greater, disregarding traffic lanes, speeding, careless driving and failure to use a seat belt.John R. Wallace, 45, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 30 with DUI, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving.Michael Jason Derkach, 38, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged March 6 with DUI, driving without a license, disregarding traffic lanes, speeding and damage to property.Paul E. Ealy, 27, of Karns City waived his case to court. He was charged July 7 with accidents involving death or injury, driving with a suspended license, driving without a license, careless driving and failure to use a seat belt.
CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:Ryan Kenneth Shoplik, 22, of Greensburg waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 12 with driving under the influence of alcohol.Melissa Dawn Brandt, 24, of Sewickley waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 12 with criminal conspiracy and theft by unlawful taking.Dawn Marie Romano, 20, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 12 with criminal conspiracy and theft by unlawful taking.Jonathan James Hinkson, 27, of New Castle waived his case to court.
