Raymon C. Richardson
Raymon C. Richardson, 78, of Ellwood City died Sunday at the Harmar Village Care Center.
Born May 18, 1931, in Fredonia, N.Y., he was the son of the late Louis and Louise (Hutchins) Richardson.
Mr. Richardson was a Navy Korean War veteran and a lifetime member of the Meadville VFW. He also was a member of the Ellwood City Lions Club, where he received the National Award and recently received the Outstanding Award of Excellence for starting a new Lions Club Chapter in Mars.
Mr. Richardson also enjoyed woodworking.
He is survived by his wife, Janet (Frishkorn) Richardson of Ellwood City; five children, Melanie Rodgers and her husband, John, of Birmingham, Ala., Cheryl Torrey and her husband, Michael of Malibu, Calif., Robin Kugel of Masontown, Pa., Scott Kugel and his wife, Loida, of Williamsburg, Va., and Michael Kugel of the North Hills; three brothers, Don Armstrong and his wife, Betty, of Falconer, N.Y., Dennis Armstrong of Falconer, N.Y., and Harold Armstrong and his wife, Liela, of East Randolph, N.Y.; and two sisters, Shirley Ewer and her husband, Jack, of Sugargrove, Pa., and Marsha DeLand of Rossville, Ga. Also surviving are five grandchildren.

Grandview Ave., Zelienople. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. David R. Saylor, pastor of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, officiating.
