EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Harold Leon Heintz, 39, of Canonsburg waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 15 by Jackson Township police with forgery, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Annette Baldt, 49, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 29 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Kenneth Leroy Seybert, 50, of Sarver waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 26 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and reckless driving.

Rosalynn Annie Cervone, 22, of Pittsburgh had her case held to court. She was charged Sept. 25 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Christopher Colden Searles, 42, of Harbor Springs, Mich., waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 18 by Adams Township police with simple assault.

Joseph Karl Ludwik, 22, of Butler had his case held to court. He was charged Sept. 28 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Jason L. Wagner, 39, of Zelienople had his case held to court. He was charged June 16 by Lancaster Township police with criminal mischief.

CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Dan George recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:Nicholas A. Carrozzi, 19, of Penn Hills had his case held to court. He was charged June 26 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.Dennis Robert Abrams, 30, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 19 with indecent exposure, open lewdness and disorderly conduct.Jason Michael Koskey, 27, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 21 with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Ryan Goehring, 30, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 31 with driving under the influence of alcohol.
