Helen Robb Kennedy, 99, of Dunwoody, Ga., formerly of Butler, died Monday.

Born July 18, 1910, in Butler, she was the daughter of the late Curtis L.R. Robb and Estella (McCandless) Robb.

Mrs. Kennedy was a school teacher at the Lyndora School, where she retired in June 1937.

She was a member of Saint Andrews United Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Kennedy also was a member of the Oak Hills Garden Club, where she was one of the founding members and a past president. She was a member of the Gen. Richard Butler Daughters of the American Revolution, the Butler Woman's Club, past president of the YWCA and past president of Maqueda Chapter Order of the Eastern Star and the Order of the White Shrine of Jerusalem.

Mrs. Kennedy is survived by her daughter, Nancy K. Hudak of Dunwoody, Ga.; one granddaughter, Laura H. McKenna of Roswell, Ga.; one grandson, Charles A. Hudak of Dunwoody, Ga.; two great-granddaughters, Caroline Hudak and Grace McKenna; and three great-grandsons, Charlie Daniel, Chad Hudak and William Hudak.

Mrs. Kennedy was preceded in death by her husband, Charles P. Kennedy, whom she married June 9, 1937, and who passed away Nov. 10, 1993. Also preceding her in death were two brothers, Dean Robb and Elliott Robb; and two sisters, Lois R. Snyder and Bernice Jane Robb.
