Sarah Frazer and Jeffrey Nephew

A July 2 wedding is being planned by Sarah Frazer of El Paso, Texas, and Jeffrey Nephew of Sackets Harbor, N.Y.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of D. Herb Frazer of Chicora and Fred and Sonya Slagle of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Michael and Dorothy Nephew of Annapolis, Md.

The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Butler High School and a 2007 graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. She is a first lieutenant in the U.S. Army and is stationed at Ft. Bliss, Texas.

Her fiance graduated in 2001 from Broadneck High School in Annapolis and in 2006 from the University of Maryland. He is a captain in the U.S. Army and is stationed at Ft. Drum, N.Y.
