District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:
John Anthony Herman, Sr., 49, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 15 by state police with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
Matthew Bradford Simpson, 37, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 28 by Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Maryam Sattaripour, 46, of Mars had her case held for court. She was charged Sept. 19 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
Ross A. Bates, 34, of Portersville waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 3 by Jackson Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
Pauline Novotny, 39, of Valencia waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 2 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Eric Randall Mackenzie, 21, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 31 by Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
David Olesnevich, 25, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 27 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
Madalyn Page Somple, 20, of Butler had her case held for court. She was charged June 8 by state police with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kristen Leigh Fortier, 29, of Mars had her case held for court. She was charged Sept. 2 by Adams Township police with theft by deception and writing bad checks.
Matthew Anthony Wolfe, 26, of Connoquenessing waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 1 by state police with harassment.
Donald Edward Vargo, 35, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 15 by state police with forgery, access device fraud and theft by unlawful taking.
Mary Louise Gierl, 61, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 2 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Eleanor Magusiak, 50, of Slipper Rock waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 28 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and reckless driving.
Donna Alana Digiacomo, 40, of Saxonburg waived her case to court. She was charged July 21 by state police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, tampering with evidence and driving with a suspended license.
