SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Michael B. Theiss, 36, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a lane violation, filed Aug. 14.

Jasen Whitacre, 32, of Butler waived to court two counts each of burglary, conspiracy and theft, 14 counts each of forgery and access device fraud, and trespass, filed in separate cases July 30 and Aug. 12 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Christopher Campbell, 31, of Petrolia was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and reckless driving, filed June 16.Kristin Marie Clark, 20, of Butler waived to court two counts of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 24.Larry Dean Gills, 35, of Grove City waived to court charges of burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and three counts of conspiracy, filed Aug. 19.Joseph Edward Kelly Jr., 62, of Boyers was held for court on a charge of receiving stolen property and three counts of conspiracy, filed Aug. 20.Bartholomew A. Mauthe, 27, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Aug. 10.Carl Radowicz, 20, of Lower Burrell, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of DUI, speeding and careless driving, filed Sept. 10.Robert D. Robinson Jr., 47, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment, filed Aug. 13.Marshall Thomas Simonic, 28, of Pittsburgh waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 24.Varick W. Vanistendael, 33, of Boyers waived to court a charge of theft and two counts of receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 20.Mary Ann Vetterly, 46, of Boyers was held for court on a charge of receiving stolen property and three counts of conspiracy, filed Aug. 20.

SLIPPERY ROCK — Senior District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:Harold L. Acrie, 54, of Verona, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, accidents involving injury while not properly licensed, two of counts of reckless endangerment, driving without a license, following too closely to another vehicle, careless driving and reckless driving, filed Sept. 13 by Slippery Rock police.John E. Badger, 22, of Portersville waived to court five counts each of forgery and conspiracy, and theft, filed Sept. 27 by state police.Autumn L. Coburn, 20, of Portersville waived to court five counts each of forgery and conspiracy, and theft, filed Sept. 27 by state police.Marlon L. Davis, 20, of Farrell, Mercer County, waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and carrying false identification, filed Sept. 15 by state police.Bruce E. Henry, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI careless driving and a seat belt violation, filed Aug. 19 by state police.Nicholas J. Marriotti, 23, of Hermitage, Mercer County, waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Sept. 3 by Slippery Rock police.Lori A. Robertson, 33, of Butler waived to court two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 18 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.Jonathan L. Smith, 44, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a charge of possession drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 19 by the Butler County Drug Task Force. Smith was ordered to pay $564.50 in fines and court costs.Adam R. Snyder, 49, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed July 14 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.Markus A. Valentinetti, 18 of Meadville, Crawford County, waived to court a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 15 by Slippery Rock University police.John P. Williams, 20, of New Castle waived to court charges of resisting arrest, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and underage drinking, filed Sept. 6 by Slippery Rock University police.
