Henry Regis Rock, 78, of Evans City died Friday at the Good Samaritan Hospice House in Wexford.

Born Dec. 28, 1930, in Allegheny County, he was the son of Fred and Mary Pfister Rock.

He was a self-employed truck driver.

He was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the Army.

He was a Catholic.

He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Richard (Joyce) Krebbs of McCandless Township; three sons, James Rock of Prospect and Glenn Rock and Gary Rock, both of Evans City; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Sister Alice Rock of Allegheny County and Hilda Struhar of Ohio; and a brother, George Rock of Florida. He is also survived by his longtime companion, Nancy Banner of Evans City.

He was preceded in death by a daughter and a number of sisters.
