Thelma (Chessman) Pimpsner, 87, of Gibsonia died Friday.

Born Aug. 5, 1922, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late William and Eleanor (Jonas) Chessman.

She was the beloved wife for 37 years of Alex W. Pimpsner, who she married March 4, 1972. She was the loving mother of Barbara L. Williams of Clarksville; stepmother of Janet Pimpsner of Carnegie; sister of Alberta Townsend of Apollo; and grandmother of Wendy Renee (Greg) Winston of Florida. Also surviving are two great-grandchildren, Kyle and Max Winston of Florida.

<B>PIMPSNER</B> — The family of Thelma (Chessman) Pimpsner, who died Friday, Sept. 4, 2009, will welcome friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the <B>Schellhaas Funeral Home</B>, 5864 Heckert Road, Bakerstown. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Holy Sepulcher Church, Glade Mills, with Father Albert Semler as celebrant.
