Penny Ann Fowler, 51, entered into rest Saturday at her home on Mill Creek Drive, Clarks Hill, S.C.

Ms. Fowler was a native of Jersey City, N.J.

She was a graduate of Moniteau High School and was a veteran of U.S. Marine Corps and a U.S. Army veteran of the Gulf War.

She currently was a nurse at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Augusta, Ga., where she was a LPN board member.

Survivors include two sons, Michael Fowler of North Augusta, S.C., and Matthew Fowler, Clarks Hill, S.C.; her parents, Eugene and Ouida Fowler of Clarks Hill, S.C.; two brothers, Darrly Fowler of North Augusta, S.C., and Ken Fowler of Clearwater, S.C.; three sisters, Debra Messina of Clarks Hill, S.C., Stephanie Mountain of Hephzibah, Ga., and Shannon Fowler of Pennsylvania; and three grandchildren, Patricia Andrews, Grovetown, Ga., Mariska Fowler of North Augusta, S.C., and Euahnee Elisa Fowler of Clearwater, S.C.

<B>FOWLER</B> — Visitation for Penny Ann Fowler, who died Saturday, Aug. 29, 2009, will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the <B>Rowland Funeral Home</B>, 637 W. martintown Road, North Augusta, S.C. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home chapel.
