Scott Freehling, 29, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 4 by state police.

Gary Lemmon, 55, of Kittanning waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, careless driving and a lane violation, filed May 21 by state police.

Stephen Riegle, 52, of Butler waived to court a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 6 by Saxonburg police.

William Schantz, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license-DUI related and not using turn signals, filed July 18 by Penn Township police.

Shawn Smith, 26, of Natrona, Allegheny County, waived to court two counts each of theft and trespass in separate cases filed March 11 and May 30 by state police.

Miller was ordered to pay $1,144.50 in restitution, fines and court costs.Victoria E. Snyder, 20, of Butler waived to court a charge of theft, filed Dec. 13.Bobby Daniel Walker, 61, of Philadelphia waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, driving with an improper license, reckless driving, careless driving, disregarding traffic lanes and driving with an open container of alcohol, filed Aug. 31.

CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell recently heard this case:Ashley Ann Solyan, 22, of Baden waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 14 with possession of a controlled substance, possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.
