JEFFERSON TWP — During pre-game ceremonies at the Blackhawk-Knoch football game Friday night, Knoch football will hold a memorial tribute to the victims of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.Local heroes will be honored as well. Proceeds from the 50-50 raffle will be donated to the Saxonburg, Penn and Winfield volunteer fire departments.
