FALL FESTIVAL
People look at photographs of old-time downtown Butler at the Historical Society's display during the Festival of the Arts on Sept. 8, 1973. This year's festival, which is now called the Fall Festival and also was formerly called the Ethnic Festival, will be held Sept. 19 along Main Street and will feature arts, crafts, food and performances.
