SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Zachary Bujak, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving on roads laned for traffic, filed July 11 by state police.

Blair Harvey, Jr., 42, of Valencia waived to court a charge of DUI, filed June 13 by Middlesex Township police.

Carol McCarthy, 48, of Lower Burrell pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance, filed Feb. 28 by state police.

Jeffrey Oliver, 21, of Butler was held for court on a charge of purchasing alcohol for a minor, filed June 4 by state police.

Sean Pelusi, 25, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUI, filed June 13 by state police.

Lawrence Shank, 52, of Lower Burrell waived to court charges of DUI, possession of a controlled substance and careless driving, filed Feb. 28 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Gerald Fetterman, 30, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, disregard for traffic lane, driving at unsafe speed, careless driving and reckless driving, filed July 24.Mark Ann Holly, 20, of Philadelphia waived to court charges of identity theft and receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 14.Joseph Laconi, 53, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregard for traffic lane and careless driving, filed July 29.Kelly Ortz, 44, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, disregard for traffic lane, careless driving, failure to stop and render aid, accident with damage to unattended vehicle, failure to notify police of accident and failure to use seat belt, filed June 25.Jamie L. Pannell, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy, burglary, criminal trespass and two counts criminal mischief, filed Aug. 9.Christopher Schmidt, 21, of Butler waived to court three counts each receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking, two counts access device fraud and a charge of driving while privilege is suspended, filed Aug. 6.Raymond C. Scott, 35, of Parker waived to court a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, filed June 16.Karl Slaughenhoupt, 24, of Petrolia waived to court charges of DUI, disregard of traffic lane, careless driving, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and driving without insurance, filed July 17.Michael Van Fossen, 47, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, driving under suspended privilege, disregard for traffic lane and operating vehicle with invalid inspection, filed July 20.Mark Wolfe, 36, of North Cambria pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed April 15. Wolfe was sentenced to pay $574.50 in fines and court costs.SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases:Caleb A. Harper, 22, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of simple assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed Aug. 23 by Slippery Rock police.Kylie J. Hershey, 30, of Karns City waived to court charges of DUI and vehicle entering or crossing road, filed July 14 by state police.Nathan O. Hines, 30, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and access device fraud, July 15 by state police.Clinton M. Park, 22, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, notice of change of name or address, driving on roads laned for traffic and careless driving, filed May 7 by state police.
