Rudolph V. "Rudy" DeSantis, 81, of New Port Richey, Fla., died Sunday.

He retired as a supervisor for Armco Steel and was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.

Surviving are his wife, Dorothy; sons Vincent and Anthony; a daughter, Cynthia DeSantis; and two grandchildren.
