SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Heath A. Grabe, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding, filed July 16 by state police.

Omahr E. Isaac, 34, of Cranberry Township was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed July 29 by Penn Township police.

Albert R. Ozog II, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of defiant trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and terroristic threats, filed Aug. 5 by Penn Township police.

Stephanie Ann Wargo, 33, of Creighton, Allegheny County waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed July 29 by Penn Township police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Rodger W. Anthony, 38, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license-DUI related, public drunkenness and an open container violation, filed July 27 by Butler Township police.Christopher M. Banks, 29, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed June 22 by Butler Township police. Banks was ordered to pay $444.50 in fines and court costs.Keith A. Brison, 29, of Kittanning waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed July 1 by Butler Township police.Robyn J. Dicola, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of access device fraud and identity theft, filed July 24 by Butler Township police.Justin P. Enslen, 22, of Renfrew waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Aug. 1 by Butler Township police.Jill M. Jancse, 27, of Portersville was held for court on charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property, theft by deception, trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed July 13 by Butler County detectives.Robert Elton Kennard, 29, of Lyndora was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed June 30 by Butler Township police.Robert R. Saul Jr., 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed July 13 by Butler Township police.Michael Staryat Jr., 62, of Butler was held for court on two counts of defiant trespass, filed July 2 by Butler Township police.Linda M. Suttle, 39, of Karns City waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 3 by Butler Township police.Angela M. Townsend, 32, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed July 2 by Butler Township police. Townsend was ordered to pay $444.50 in fines and court costs.Brooke D. Williams, 24, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed July 17 by Butler Township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Krystal Boring, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, possession of a counterfeit access device, and retail theft, filed July 21.Brian A. Campbell, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes and driving at an unsafe speed, filed July 9.Cody Christy, 18, of West Sunbury waived to court a charge of defiant trespass on school grounds, filed June 20.Nathan Frndak, 28, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed June 10. Frndak was ordered to pay $449.50 in fines and court costs.John Gaurrich, 35, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed June 19.Alisha M. Hovis, 27, of Butler waived to court two counts of manufacturing a controlled substance, and charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed July 8.Jason D. Hovis, 26, of Butler waived to court two counts of manufacturing a controlled substance, and charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed July 8.Matthew Kaupp, 21, of Rimersburg, Clarion County, waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed July 20.Karl Slaughenhoupt, 25, of Petrolia waived to court a charge of theft, filed July 22.Robin D. Taylor, 49, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed June 25.Matthew Lee West, 23, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI and driving without a license, filed July 2.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Lewis Stoughton, temporarily filling a vacancy at the district judge's office here, recently heard these cases filed by state police:Renee Michell Burnworth, 30, Ellwood City, Lawrence County, waived to court five counts each of theft by deception and bad checks, filed June 23.Frank Peter Gurowski III, 20, of Ormand Beach, Fla., waived to court charges of driving under the influence, underage drinking, minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system, and a lane violation, filed July.Scott Elliot Stephenson, 33, of Franklin, Venango County, waived to court charges of child endangerment and reckless endangerment, filed June 11.Jeremy Don Taylor; 25, of Slippery Rock waived to court charge of DUI, driving without proper registration, speeding and careless driving, filed June 23.Ronald Eugene Wensel, 23, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed July 7. Wensel was ordered to pay $564.50 in fines and court costs.
