Ruth Ann Reynolds

Ruth Ann Reynolds, 54, of Lumar Village, Butler, died Tuesday morning at Butler Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Butler on Aug. 1, 1954, a daughter of the late Paul J. and Hazel Slater Criley.

Ruth was a homemaker, but had previously been a cashier at the Butler Salvation Army and had served as the bar steward at the Butler Moose Lodge.

She was always keeping busy. She loved reading, doing crafts and enjoyed collectible items, but her most joy was in her family and children. She especially adored her nine grandchildren.

Surviving are her husband, Kevin J. Reynolds; twin daughters, Dawn (Raymond) Bates of Butler and Donna Cox of West Virginia; two stepdaughters, Jessica (Brian) Kendrick of Butler and Julie (Michael) Wear of Virginia Beach, Va.; nine grandchildren, Joseph and Adam Neupert, Bryanna Cox, Brittany Bates, Kyle, Kaitlyn and Justin Wear, Stephanie Vaughan and Olivia Kendrick; three sisters, Sue Rottman of Butler, Nancy (Wayne) Smith of Worthington and Lucy Criley of Fenelton; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Sally Criley and Mary E. Criley, who died July 11.

<B>REYNOLDS </B>— Friends of Ruth Ann Reynolds, who died Tuesday, July 21, 2009, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the <B>Geibel Funeral Home</B>, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Private interment will be at the St. John Cemetery, Coylesville, near Fenelton.Information also is available at www.geibelfuneralhome.com.
